Sales Conditions

Article 1: Preamble 
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company EDU-K eurl, 5 rue Paul de Kock. 92500 Rueil-Malmaison - France and anyone visiting or making a purchase via the site www.edu-k.shop 
Any Internet user can read the General Conditions of Sale, at the bottom of each page of the store, on the site www.kpten.fr (hereinafter the “Site”). These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) may be subject to modifications, the applicable conditions are those in force on the Site on the date of placing your order. 

Article 2: Contract 
2.1 Conditions for placing an order 
You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing you to place an order on the Site. 
2.2 Command 
After placing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming it. The progress of the processing of the order is accessible to You on the site (In progress, Shipped or deleted). This notification will be visible from your personal space if you create one (order tracking). 

Article 3: Price, availability and delivery 
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, all French taxes included (French VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs. 
We can accept your orders within the limits of available stocks. We inform You of the availability of items sold on the Site on the information page of each item. In the event that You choose to pay by check, your order will only be processed upon receipt of it and the applicable deadlines are those on the day of receipt of the check. 
If, despite our vigilance, the items are unavailable, We will notify You by e-mail as soon as possible. 
(i) In the event of unavailability within the times indicated, You may cancel your order. 
(ii) In the event of permanent unavailability, and if We cannot provide You with an item of equivalent quality and price, Your order will be canceled automatically. 

Article 4: Customs duties 
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to any taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and these possible taxes related to the delivery of an article are your responsibility and are your responsibility. We are not required to verify and inform You of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, We advise You to inquire with the competent authorities of your country. 

Article 5: Payment 
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. 
Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. 
Payment by bank transfer is made by following the instructions available on the site. 
Payment by bank check is not offered. 

In the event that You are late in paying the price, We would be entitled to claim default interest calculated on the basis of the legal rate in force and applicable from the date of the summons to pay.

Article 6: Returns 
In accordance with articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties except, if applicable, return costs. The seven-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items. 
In the event of a return before 7 days, please return your item to us, indicating as the reason for the return, "I no longer want the item" as well as the order reference. Please pack the affected item carefully and send it to us at

In case of delivery of an item, not in accordance with your order or damaged during transport, please contact us and send us an e-mail to contact@edu-k.shop
If We agree to replace a product that is damaged or does not comply with Your order, You must return this product to Us within 30 days of the date on which We confirmed that We were proceeding with its replacement. In the event of non-compliance with Your obligation to return the damaged or non-compliant product within the said 30-day period, We reserve the right to confirm your order and cancel the replacement. 

Article 7: Retention of title 
The goods delivered will remain our property until they are dispatched when handed over to the carrier, once You have paid the price. 

Article 8: Guarantees and liability 
We decline all responsibility in the event that the delivered item causes complications during their use. 
Our responsibility will not be engaged in case of delay due to a shortage of stock at the supplier. In addition, in the event of non-substantial differences between the presentation photos of the articles on our Site, texts and illustrations and the articles ordered, our responsibility will not be engaged. 
We implement all the means at our disposal to ensure the services covered by these General Conditions of Sale. We are responsible for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of the use of the Site or the conclusion of the sales contract between Us and You. Under no circumstances will We incur any liability with regard to professionals for loss of profits, commercial losses, loss of data or loss of earnings or any other indirect damage or which was not foreseeable at the time of use of the Site. or the conclusion of the sales contract between Us and You. 

Article 9: Site access license 
We grant You a limited license to access and use the Site for Your personal use. Under no circumstances are You authorized to download or modify all or part of this Site without Our express written authorization. This license does not allow You to use, for sale or for any other commercial use, this Site or its content (listed products, descriptions, prices, downloading or copying information on behalf of another merchant, use of data, software, sound clips, graphics, images, texts, photographs, tools).
